Hearty Beef Chili

When the cold weather hits, there’s nothing better than a big bowl of warm chili. This hearty beef chili is filled with veggies and spices. It’s ready in under 30 minutes but tastes like it cooked for hours. Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 oz lean ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 cup riced cauliflower, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 ShiftSetGo Vegetable Chili Mix

Instructions

    Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring to break up any large pieces, until cooked through and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

    Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

    Add the riced cauliflower and sauté until cauliflower has softened, about 5 minutes.

    Add the tomatoes and the ShiftSetGo Vegetable Chili Mix and stir until thoroughly combined. Bring just to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 5-6 minutes, or until slightly thickened and heated through. Serve!

Tips
