Carrot Cake Bites with Creamy Cheesecake Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 packet ShiftSetGo Carrot Cake Mix
- 4 TBSP water
- 1 egg white
- Frosting
- 1 packet ShiftSetGo Creamy Cheesecake Mix
- 2 TBSP water
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°.

Mix Carrot Cake Mix with water and egg white.

Pour into a mini cupcake tin, silicone is great for non stick (mix should make 6 mini cupcakes).

Bake for approx. 11 minutes, careful not to over bake.

While cupcakes are baking, make the frosting.

Mix the Creamy Cheesecake Mix with water to create a thick frosting.

Set in fridge to cool and harden.

Once cake is done and has cooled a bit, spread frosting over top.
Tips
Add an optional sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg to the top of the mini cupcake.
