Makes: Enough to season 8-9 ounces of protein
Ingredients
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- 1
Add all seasonings to small mason jar. Shake well to thoroughly combine.
- 2
Store in a cool, dry place.
Tips
Add 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning to make a tasty seasoning to use with turkey or chicken. Make it your own! If you don’t like paprika, don’t use it. If you like your spices with a little extra kick, add in a bit more cayenne. If you’re following a recipe that calls for one packet of taco seasoning, use 2-3 TBSP of this blend. (2-3 TBSP = one store bought packet) Make lettuce-wrapped tacos with seasoned ground beef. For an extra kick, try adding a bit of this seasoning to our Hot Cheesy Taco Dip or Vegetable Chili Salad recipes! Make a big batch and store it in a cool, dry place in an airtight container for up to 6 months. SSG Notes (per serving) N/A
