Peanut Caramel Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 ShiftSetGo Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake Mix
  • 1 ShiftSetGo Peanut & Caramel Puffs (crushed)
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 TBSP water
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

    Line a small plate with parchment paper. Set aside.

    In a small bowl combine the Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake Mix, crushed Peanut & Caramel Puffs and cinnamon.

    Add the water and vanilla and stir until combined.

    Roll dough into 6 small balls of equal size, wetting your hands as needed to prevent sticking. Place each on the prepared plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-2 hours or until firm. Enjoy!
