
This low-carb cilantro lime cauliflower rice takes just a handful of simple ingredients to produce a tasty, satisfying side dish in less than 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 2 cups frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Zest of ½ lime
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Sea salt, to taste
- Fresh lime juice
Instructions

In a medium skillet, add olive oil in a circle to coat the pan evenly.

Add cauliflower and garlic.

Sauté until tender and starting to lightly brown.

Add lime zest, cilantro, salt, and lime juice.

Serve warm.
