Creamy Chicken Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 ShiftSetGo Creamy Chicken Soup Mix packet
• 1 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth
• 10 oz frozen of 1 ½ cups riced cauliflower
• Dash of cumin (optional)
• Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

   Combine soup mix, broth, and riced cauliflower in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

   Bring to boil and add seasonings.

   Remove from heat and let cool

   Blend until smooth and creamy.

   Place back into saucepan to reheat if using right away.
