
Basil contains numerous vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, plus it tastes amazing! Added to this simple dressing, it packs a ton of flavor with minimal effort. Using this creamy basil salad dressing is like adding a dash of summertime to your salad!
Ingredients
- 1/3 C. raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 C. fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 TBSP Walden Farms Amazin' Mayo
- 2 TBSP olive oil
Instructions

In a blender, combine the vinegar, garlic, basil, lime juice, mayo, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Process until smooth.

With the blender on low, slowly drizzle in the olive oil (through the opening in the lid) until the dressing comes together and the oil has been fully incorporated.

Serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Tips
